The author meets the public to talk about dormant conflicts, all signs of a structural problem attributable to the final phase of an economic and geopolitical system established after 1989. Today the US-led model is being discussed. The clash is between the Western axis led by the USA, which wants to persevere with the current world order, and the multilateralism supported by China and Russia. The breaking point or meeting point that will determine the future of international relations is determined precisely by these two alternatives: the acceptance of a multipolar world by the USA or the intention to maintain a unipolar order.
