Alvalenti’s hand is dragged on a large paper roller board by the faithful Filù, the unpredictable marker and a sort of alter ego who, with his hilarious grammelot and through his fantastic drawings, invites us to look beyond appearances and suggests other visions of the world and other points of view. Through vignettes that talk about feelings and sensations, the artist manages to interact with the public in a crescendo of emotions that transforms any sign into a drawing, in time with the music and alternating comic and poetic moments with humorous drawings. Suitable for all ages and above all… for the child within us! The lightness, the live executive ability, the semi-serious tone with which the designer explores the cosmos with his markers, with varied and disjointed themes, where love always dominates, are the ingredients of this performance, where self-irony and a sense of humor make this intelligent entertainment show pleasant and smooth. Art in its transformative power is displayed here through drawing, with apparent simplicity, creating realities in perpetual transformation, populated by the beauty of nature in its various and confluent animal and plant forms, including humans, always seen with a hint of comedy, but sometimes bordering on poetry. The merit of this project is to offer the unusual spectacle of a live creation, undermining the sacred aura of the artist who usually, while performing his work, becomes a creator god, with all the possible implications. By giving space to the creative gesture in a colloquial atmosphere, Alvalenti instead proposes an appreciable way to make us accomplices of art, making it natural and necessary as well as accessible in its many facets and in its purpose.
