A student of Federico Caffè, like Mario Draghi, he has, however, followed a completely different path compared to the latter; even theorizing, as highlighted by his friend and political opponent Roberto Fiore in his introduction, a state currency that is non-debt and sovereign, issued in the interest of the citizens.
